my list of likes

Hi guys, today is a mess. Try to bare with me as I list off things that I like because that's just what I felt like sharing with you today. Prepare for lots of rambling that doesn't make sense and my dog's sass as a constant interruption. I promise to have a much better episode for you next week!

Today got a little serious and long winded, but today's talk is about self acceptance. I dive into my personal journey through life, navigating my way from elementary school to now. True self acceptance is, I feel, a struggle for everyone and I hope telling you my story is able to help you feel less alone. So sit back, relax, and really let my rambling words sink in.

productivity and lack thereof

Welcome to my first podcast guys, I'm so happy to meet you all. Today I really wanted to dive into what I call my "productivity cycle".
