As you settle into a comfortable position, allow yourself to release any tension in your body. Let go of all thoughts and distractions and focus solely on your breath. Inhale deeply, fill your lungs with fresh air, and exhale slowly, releasing stress or negativity. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed and at ease.

Now, imagine a soft, fluffy cloud appearing beneath you. Picture yourself lying on this cloud, feeling the gentle support underneath your body. As you float on the cloud, take a moment to appreciate the beauty around you. Look at the sky and notice the vibrant colors - blue, pink, and orange. Feel the sun's warmth on your skin and listen to nature's soothing sounds. Breathe in the fresh air and let it rejuvenate your mind and body.

When you are ready to return, slowly bring your awareness back to your body and gently open your eyes. Take a moment to savor the sense of calmness that lingers within you.
