LIFE AFTER HOCKEY PODCAST - EPISODE 13 - KEITH SEABROOK  Keith was born in Delta, BC & played his junior hockey with the Calgary Hitmen before being drafted by the Washington Capitals 52nd overall in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft. Keith went on to a 5-year pro career that included stops with the Abbotsford Heat, Manitoba Moose, San Antonio Rampage & Rockford IceHogs, in the AHL & the the Cincinnati Cyclones & Stockton Thunder of the ECHL.
