ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE. This is a BIG topic to tackle in just 45 minutes. So, we really wanted to focus on was how POCs, LGBTQIA+, and persons with disabilities can identify, combat, and overcome toxic organizational cultures, while finding companies that align with personal values.
