Welcome to episode three of the Design Your Vibrant Life Podcast. This episode is all about self care, about our body and how to honor it.  In this episode I share the strategies I use in my own life to get back on track. Many times we give into the circumstances of our life and forget to call in what we want. We can raise our vibration by reframing what is happening around us and instead of resisting the present we can choose to let the light into the chaos and the darkness we feel. In this episode I share some of the strategies I use with my clients to help them get results, change their mindset and change their habits. I discuss ways we can nourish our bodies and how we can take moments in our day to listen to what is going on in our bodies. I also share how movement can help us clear our mind and raise our vibration. These are the strategies that can help you feel better and live your most vibrant life.
