Thought I'd take a moment to sit down and talk with you all about what it means to be a entrepreneur. Entrepreneur. And what that journey may be, who knows, because each entrepreneurial journey is different it's different. This one woman powerhouse can do and create anything.  She has interviewed the Avengers, The (late) King of Wakanda, Black Lightening and many many more celebrities we love that have embodied our favorite super heroes and villains.  She shares her beginnings, and her journey all the way to the DC, Marvel, SyFy & Comic Con red carpets. I've looked up to Saxton for a moment now, because this man is a phenomenal artist! We talked about his beginnings as an artist at Cartoon Network in their fledgling days, to what he's working on today. We also talked about the necessity of having Black creators in the writing & creating rooms when mainstreaming networks are trying (but missing the mark) to be inclusive. This is a "note-taker" episode for creatives.

His comics work includes contracted client work, including custom comics and animation scripting/editing duties for clients such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Nitto Tires, the Soul of Suw comic book series, and HERO Comics’, The Messenger. Robert is a recipient of the 2008 Miller Brewing Company A. Philip Randolph Messenger Award/ Journalism Award of Excellence in the field of AIDS/Health, and his creator owned series, Route 3, won the 2014 Glyph Comics Award for Best Cover.
