In a world where everyone is trying to tell you what to eat/ what not to eat, what's healthy/ what's unhealthy and what's good/ and what's bad, it can be difficult to know what the heck you should actually be eating!
This method isn't telling you what to eat or how much to eat but it's a way to determine whether or not you want to eat something and it's based off of two factors that I share in today's episode.
