With over 15 years experience in the area of health and wellness, Joanne is passionate about holistic health, educating, empowering and supporting individuals and families to be the healthiest they can be.
Joanne particular area of interest is in children’s physical and emotional health, women’s fertility and menstrual health along with Eating Psychology and mind, body, nutrition.
Joanne chats about the importance of helping people understand how their body works and how to maximise our wellness & how can move to a place of acceptance. Joanne also chats about the 'new sense of norm' and how at the end of the day it is important that we acknowledge that we are only humans.
