Men, own your woman. Take care of her - she is yours. She is your greatest asset. She is your happiness. Take care of her like your life depends on it , because it does.

Here’s some random thoughts on men and women, and how can this better lives. The basis of this, though kind of begins and ends with how to truly live the dream.

Sleep is good. It is a third of our lives. It is important that we do this thing well. Thus, we must set an intention before we go to bed. This sleep meditation is the command to our subconscious to go to sleep. May Grace befall you. May wealth., health, happiness, and joy come to you. Everything in life is happening for your good. God knows how to give good gifts. He knows you and what you most desired. Lose the allusion of control. You are cared for - you are loved. 🦋🌈🪄✨😇

Your problems aren’t happening to you… your problems or happening for you, for your greatest good, for a purpose beyond seeking pleasure and avoiding pain. If you feel like “bad luck Brian” then this one’s for you. Your catalyst and fire of trials is actually a gift so that you transcend your simple minded thinking to thinking more complex get out of the non-nuanced, simple, black and white thinking-and get into the complexed world scene between the lines and in the details as well.

Emotions get a bad rap, but you need them in order to find yourself. They are the compass navigating you to your own promised land of finding your purpose.

Set your morning up right. Win the morning, win the day. Set your intentions so that you can live according to your values. Don’t let the emotion of the moment sway you. Be a strong mind and live according to who you truly want to be-you do that by feasting on “the word.” If you don’t than you become emotional hangry and you will not live virtue and slowly self deceived- carnally minded (spiritual death).

We’ve heard how vulnerability creates connection from Brené Brown, “Shame expert” but there’s a side of it that also needs to be explored that is not talked about.

Stop beating yourself up for your inability to set clear boundaries and have the relationship be healthy. It’s not your fault. It’s just how you think.

It’s so important that you learn the mental game. “Faith precedes the miracle”… In other words what you expect for yourself becomes your reality. Rise up! Change your “shoulds” into “musts.”

“You’re a worm!” What I mean by this is you are so small compared to the potential of who you can be. In this episode, I want you to get a glimpse and feel the burn so that you take some massive action in your life. Become your potential. Unhappiness is knowing that you are below who you are supposed to be. So this is your kick in the pants😘

You know, they’ve done research and tests to find out how people change, and the thing that has been most effective clinically isn’t the medication‘s. They’ve seen more effect with psychotherapy, and even more when you add medication’s on top of it. To me what that means is the more you can throw at your healing journey the better.

Grounding skills only do so much. They’re only so good as much as you practice them when you are home. But if you don’t practice, then when you’re calm, then you can forget it - they will never be of any help to you when you’re out or actually triggered. But here’s a short lesson , an idea that might actually make a difference for when you like, “it’s too hard to bear.”
