What have you generally noticed post this weight lifting session: Overall health, mood, health(cold), digestion, and  even periods has things changed?

We know there is this myth that women will become bulky with weight training but they just can't because men and women have different levels of testosterone to begin with and would you like to add something from your experience.

4. What is Progressive overload and what all are the best exercises to a beginner Woman lifter? How to track your progress?
