4️⃣ Don't give up: Obstacles may seem impossible to overcome, but never give up. Maintain determination and keep going, because you can do it!

5️⃣ Take care of yourself: Resilience also involves taking care of your physical and emotional well-being. Get enough sleep, eat healthily, and find time to relax and recharge.

Remember that being resilient doesn't mean you will never feel overwhelmed or sad. We all experience negative emotions, but the key is how we face them and use them as a springboard to success.
