Often times this confusion leads to frustration and can easily turn into a bad relationship with the GC.In this episode we talk to Ryan Kemp, Director of Preconstruction at Tally Riggins, a local DFW General Contractor who started less than 5 years ago. Ryan is a great friend and also one of the best in preconstruction that I have met in our field. We aren't teaching the young guys as much as we need in general. There are companies however like JMK Developers who have made it their main goal to use young guys to produce amazing results. These young guys do not know everything and that's the point.
