Coping with grief
Do you feel like you have been on an emotional rollercoaster? Are you tired of hearing people ask are you okay? Have you began to experience mental health issues like anxiety? This next episode is for all of us. All of us who have heard people telling us to move on or get over it already as if our grief isn't a value. As if moving on from such a loss is that easy, it is not. Don't let anyone make you feel like you need to grieve fast, or move on without showing any signs of actually grieving. I don't care if it takes a year or five years I don't care. What matters is that you grieve properly, safely, and you take care of yourself. Use your grief to become a better version of the you, you want to see, of the person you needed when you felt like you had no one.
