Your Divine Chakra is your center of Divine Consciousness in your energy body. It radiates through your entire being, but when I do healing work or connecting work, I work with it there, way above your head. It is located about 12 inches or so above the top of your head. It is that space that I source to help me see your God Connection. It is radiant light. Spending time with your God connection is what matters most. In this episode I give you many suggestions to do so. Call it Source Energy, God, Goddess, Allah, Great Spirit, YHWH, All-That-Is....many names, all one. If you want to use a hand mudra to focus your energy, I encourage you to use Gyan Mudra when working on union with the Divine. Debts are when we owe someone, or they owe us. Karmic Debts are when the debt is tied to a past life. This episode explores soul links also known as karmic ties. In particular, I will be looking at debts owed. How they might be affecting you now and how you might work to understand and unravel them, if and when possible. Do you feel as if you were meant to DO SOMETHING in this life? Do you feel as if you were born right now at this time for an important or specific purpose to accomplish something? As children, we sometimes make promises to ourselves. And then we forget them, but their hold is still playing out in our life. In the best interest of your own potential, I invite you to look back so that you can move forward. This is no small task when you begin to take an inventory of your life from the perspective of childhood promises, conscious or unconsciously made. Perhaps you promised to never make more money than your parents, so that they would remain successful in your eyes. Or maybe you promised to always take care of everything, because you were such a great helper. Or maybe you noticed that the only way to receive attention or love was to be sickly, like someone else in your family. This episode encourages you to look at your unconscious material in the hopes of noticing any patterns of behavior that hold you back from success, love, or whatever it is you desire. Have you ever heard of the phrase Soul Retrieval? Soul Retrieval is when you return, either physically or mindfully through meditation or visualization exercises, to a place where you have lived before and left a piece of yourself. You go - and you get more of you back. In my work, I have lead people through past life regression to achieve various goals. One of which is to collect split-off parts of themselves. In these situations, we do a Soul Retrieval. We go back and gather the bits they've left behind. These can occur when we disassociate from traumatic experiences. They can also occur when we have powerful parts of ourselves that we've left behind or forgotten about for one reason or another. With either of these, we go back, reconcile, and return ourselves to wholeness so that we can move forward in this life. I want to tell you of a few of my favorite experiences around this topic. When I recorded this episode, I kept pronouncing it as Mayan, which is the language. What I meant to say was Maya. oops. Way above the crown of your head, I source the information of your past lives and future possibilities, there in the Karmic Chakra. Not so much a state of consciousness, but more of a repository of soul data, this chakra is paramount to understanding your soul's journey. Your Higher Self is your connection to realms of spirit. It is also known as your Higher Consciousness. In the energy system of the soul, it can and does permeate your entire being, but as a "chakra" I tap into it in the location above your Crown Chakra, above your head. For focusing energy to Higher Self connection, the Yoga Asana that I turn to is ⁠Guru Pranam: Bow to Teacher⁠ pose. Shankhavarta Mudra is the hand mudra that I use when meditating on this aspect of my being. The colors that I see associated with this area are ultra-violet and white light. I use the note F, crystal chakra bowls, and Tibetan singing bowls. The reverberating vibrations of these notes help to balance the energy associated with the Higher Self.
