In this Episode of the Plus Size Experience Podcast I have a special guest here, Andrea, the Founder of the Size Inclusive Fashion Brand Verseau Paris.
The sustainable and luxurious fashion market is extremely limited for plus size consumers, nevertheless Verseau Paris made it possible to create signature pieces that are a must in every womens wardrobe. Those pieces are crafted, designed and produced in France under one of the highest standards I ever came across in my career as a size inclusive fashion stylist & expert.
As a consumer we should be more aware about the process and standards our clothes are being designed and produced under. Andrea is telling us very detailed in this episode about the process of designing and producing plus size clothes, but also how your wardrobe is affecting your confidence level.
Verseau's pieces are crafted with french know-how and they use the finest fabrics. Working with leftover fabric from the big French fashion houses, organic cotton and sustainable viscose.
I absolutely enjoyed this episode and I also need to point out how hard it is on the market for small designers and brands.
Verseau has to start now a crowdfunding campaign as the costs of designing and producing under these very high standards are extremely expensive and their margin are super low. The crowdfunding will start in a couple of days and will only last for two which will decide the future of the brand. I would ask you from the bottom of my heart to support VERSEAU PARIS, every Euro, Dollar, Pound etc. is helping the brand to survive, please have a lookout for the campaign on their social media:
