Robert Taylor is an American stand up comic. He was a US Marine and performed his first open mic at the Comedy Store – La Jolla, CA. In 1991 he stepped away from comedy to complete his education and settled into a career as a college basketball head coach and educator. In 2019, once his kids were in college, Robert decided to give stand up another shot, and he’s been all-in ever since, performing his edgy brand of comedy throughout the Southeastern US, as well as San Diego and Los Angeles. He also performs an edgy triathlon-themed stand-up show called Lactic Acid Flashbacks Comedy Trip based on his 37 years in the sport. https://roberttaylorcomedy.com/
