Based in Los Angeles, Naveed talks about his life growing up with an American mother and an Iranian father and how it has influenced his life and career so far.

Naveed also reveals the Persian in LA experience and what it was like playing for the Iranian National Rugby Team - travelling from the US to Iran on a regular basis to play rugby.

He also talks about his two children's books Alien Pizza and Maple, the Syrup-Sneezing Tree and his time as TV host.
