Spontaneous plans can be some of the best and in this case they were. Last minute tickets to the Isle of Wight Festival. With this summer of festival heating up and Glastonbury just gone by, I wanted to share with you what I learnt about my return to this popular British holiday resort and island off the South coast of England. It is also host to some of the best and most special festival experiences I think!

This is also a special episode as I am joined by my first guest, Kirsty Nugent, a long-term festival goer, talented musician and a girlfriend who will always say it how it is.
