In 2016 I included the crisis in Ukraine and events of 2014 as a case study within my dissertation for my Masters Degree in Security & Terrorism.
Fast forward to the present day and we are at a critical moment in European history and we are swerving towards the precipice of disaster. The events along the Ukrainian border in the past few months has captured some attention but in the last few days the world has been blown over by Putin's decisions. A few nights ago though, things have started to escalate and we all have our eyes fixed on the situation.
Listen to this window into the past where I did not know (for certain) we would get to this crisis moment, but now I can reflect and try to connect the dots.
