Looking at the cis white gay male through select lenses from our BIPoC lived experiences. Don’t take it personal, take it upon yourself to ask, how can I be better tomorrow than I was today. What about their lived experience can I learn from? Have I actively contributed to any of these experiences? Am I part of the problem? Or do I simply listen and learn. It’s not meant to trigger or provoke. We get to see the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers terrorize our communities but we can’t talk about some of the heart of the problem without fear of retaliation. Some of it may apply to none of you, but it’s good to hear what your fellow humans are doing just to see how the other side lives.
