In this week's #GirlTalk episode, Dr. Jordin along with Kasey and GG, discuss the mother wound and how it can play a role in affecting our relationship with other women as adults. Whether it was a sense of competition, lack of support, or constantly being put down, that pain inherited from our mothers can lead to judgement and jealousy in ourselves.
The women chat about how important the support from the feminine is and why it's imperative to look inward so you can shift your mindset from jealousy to "I'll have what she's having". They emphasize the value of community and sisterhood and how it's necessary to build these supportive friendships despite the mother wound you may be repairing.
