A hot topic recently at Lauxes Grates has been the Values Discipline Triangle. What that means for business not just for us but also for other companies we come into contact with professionally and personally.

I have heard about this topic a little bit in passing conversations but not as much as what Tim and I spoke about and I really got to the crux of why it’s important to pick one of these disciplines to really excel at and to let it be known to the world too. It’s setting intentions and expectations.
